Bible Verse: Ezekiel 47 v 12 By the river on its bank, on one side and the other, will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will not fail. They will bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing.
Prayer: “For the fruits of all creation thanks be to God, for these gifts to every nation thanks be to God, for the ploughing, sowing, reaping, silent growth while we are sleeping, future needs in earth’s safe-keeping, thanks be to God.” The words of this hymn remind us of your generous provision for all our needs. Creator God we give thanks for the fruit in the orchards and the food which sustains us. May we always remember that every good gift comes from you. Amen
