Heavenly Father, we give thanks for the benefits medicine affords us – for health checks and treatments; for vaccines and other aspects of preventative medicine; and for the many advances in diagnosis and treatment that offers hope to those who are ill.
We pray today for those who are ill, and for those nearing the end of life, that even in your sufferings they may know your love. Amen
