The order form will be distributed to organisers, which will be used to gather information regarding the required materials for their services. On completion the order form is sent to the Treasurer, and is then passed to the Secretary and will be used to package and send materials out to the distributers. The distributers will then disperse the materials to the organisers.
The materials subject to a charge will need to have the charges due, included with the submitted order form. On the completion of the service the organisers will return the donations collected to the Treasurer as addressed on the order form.
The cost of materials cannot be deducted from the donations.
